I’ve given you my reply but you won’t print it because it’s the truth and not a false glowing report that you want . You have spent months promising to treat me but you never do . All you do is send me me from one place to another and you won’t even let me see my notes , not even my blood pressure.

Close and get some decent doctors in . And stop being an all boys club with only one female doctor working a couple of hours a week occasionally. Treat people with dignity.When you say you will do something then do it , don’t lie and chuck it in the bin .Bring in euthanasia as you won’t treat people in pain or in any dignity . There is no point in my living as you refuse to do anything except pass me from one unqualified person to another who admits l should not have been referred to them as it’s not what they do. . You refuse to even use antidepressants or X-rays . What kind of medieval surgery is this ? I don’t even know the name of my doctor.

I have not seen my GP face-to-face since the pandemic started, and it still seems impossible even now when we are all fully vaccinated. Telephone appointments are difficult to make and as a gateway to the NHS this surgery is failing us.

Put more staff on the telephone and please resume normal patient access to the GP service. Please re-instate booking of appointments in person at the reception and on-line.

I understand that this is a busy time but to get we're now booked up every day, is a joke. My daughter phoned to speak to a GP but was unable, later she got a message from the receptionist saying as it was to late in the day, nothing can be done for her and to call the doctor on Monday. I called Monday and doctor Rubery wasn't in until Wednesday and that as she isn't my daughters gp, the receptionist said she wouldn't be able to help and to call in the morning. My daughter has been pushed aside, by the cardiology department at Conquest and even though my daughter informed the receptionist that she believes she has pneumonia AGAIN and the fact of her heart condition, this should've been dealt with A.S.AP

Yes. Like many other doctor surgeries, have a emergency appointment system available for those with serious conditions

SUPER HERO'S Good morning to everyone at the Old Town Surgery Bexhill I just wanted to say what a excellent service you have continued to offer all the way through this terrible pandemic Speaking personally you have been kind, considerate, and totally professional I have received all the help I have needed. I would like to thank everyone for their help especially the front line reception team who have literally put life's on the line since the pandemic started you are all my SUPER HERO'S I am so grateful for all the sacrifices you have made and are still making The NHS has been underfunded for many many years and taken for granted I really hope that we can learn the true value of this amazing gift that we have in the UK and start to rebuild and really appropriate what we have I CERTAINLY DO. Ok time to get off my soap box in closing I would like to say that you are all so brave and you have my total RESPECT please do keep safe and thank you for doing what you do.
